The kitchen has a wood texture combined with a black marble texture, with a hanging bar that is separate from the kitchen table.
The bedroom is in a refreshing mint color, illuminated on both sides and facing large windows with a beautiful view. The structural window appears on this floor again, which is protruding to the outside and covered with glass on 4 sides, equipped with an armchair and a club table as a relaxation corner.
The bedroom is separate from the living room, right after the entrance and the reception. It is small, with glazed doors that open fully to the pool. A provocative element is the inner window, which overlooks the comfortable bathtub in the bathroom.
APARTMENT PRINCE - GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor apartment differs from the other two in that it is smaller and more of a short-stay guest apartment. It is characterized by stronger contrast and more rustic style, most evoked by the surface of crushed stone and rust texture of the fireplace in the center of the room. There is a dining room and a small kitchen under the stairs. The glass doors open completely to the pool, so that in the summer the whole space is connected and is an outdoor living room.
