This design was commissioned by a landlord for a loft in a building in New York, with the goal of enhancing the quality and appeal of the property. Our objective was to create a fresh, modern look with minimal permanent alterations—keeping the project cost-effective, quick, and easy to implement.
The loft is a quintessential NYC studio, featuring a spacious living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a gallery-style bedroom, accessed by stairs from the living area.
To complement the original exposed brickwork visible in certain areas, we chose a warm terracotta palette, which adds depth and character. To create a sense of spaciousness, we incorporated mirrored sheets on the ceiling of the bedroom, which has a low height of only 128 cm. In the living room, we designed a large, framed mirror installation on the tallest wall, adding both balance and an elegant visual composition to the space.
